More than 20% of Labour members expect Reform to be the largest party after the next General Election, while only 3% expect a large Labour majority, a LabourList poll has revealed.
Some 13% expect a hung Parliament with Reform forming the government, 6% a small Reform majority, and 3% a large Reform majority – meaning 22% reckon Nigel Farage’s party will be the largest.
The proportion predicting a small (0.2%) or large (0.1%) Tory majority was so miniscule it rounds down to zero.
The poll reflects how Labour has received a mixed reception on its governance since coming into power, with the withdrawal of winter fuel payments, national insurance increases and welfare cuts all proving controversial.
Reform on the other hand is increasingly attracting people frustrated with the state of the economy, as well as high levels of immigration to the UK.
Only 63% of Labour members expect it to be the largest party at the next General Election.
A Labourlist poll found that 29% expect a small Labour majority, and another 31% expect Labour to form the government as the largest party but fall short of a majority in a hung parliament.
Only 2.4% expected the Tories to return to power as the largest party in a hung parliament.
Labourlist supports the Labour Party, but is independent of it.
