London estate agency Dexters has acquired Fraser & Co, adding four London offices and a Hong Kong presence to its existing network. The deal brings more than 30 employees into the Dexters operation, which now runs more than 180 offices across the capital.
Fraser & Co operates offices in the West End, City & Shoreditch, Kew Bridge & Brentford, and Colindale, with property management based in Paddington. The firm, established in 1995, provides residential sales, lettings, property management and new homes services across London and Hong Kong.
Market positioning
The acquisition strengthens Dexters’ presence in several London submarkets and extends its reach to international buyers through Fraser & Co’s Hong Kong operation. Fraser & Co has developed relationships with multiple housebuilders on new-build developments in the prime London market.
The deal comes as mortgage affordability challenges continue to affect the UK property market, while family support remains significant in helping buyers enter the market.
Dexters CEO Ash Kashyap said the acquired agency had grown from a family-run business to become a trusted operator in the prime property sector over three decades. Robert Fraser, managing director of Fraser & Co, noted that Dexters had proven itself as a market leader delivering results for clients.
Scale of operations
Following the acquisition, Dexters employs approximately 2,400 staff across its London office network and manages over 50,000 landlords. The expanded footprint positions the agency across multiple London markets, from central prime locations to developing areas such as Colindale and Brentford.
The consolidation reflects ongoing activity in the estate agency sector, where firms are seeking to expand market coverage and service offerings. The addition of Hong Kong operations provides Dexters with a direct channel to Asian investors in the London property market.
